Our mission is to support Ukrainian children affected by the war.
More than 2,500 children have been killed or injured in the past three years, with homes, schools and hospitals continually bombed. Around 25% of Ukraine is now covered in mines and explosive remnants, placing children at further risk of death or injury.
Millions of kids in Ukraine have had their lives turned upside down because of the ongoing war. They’ve lost homes, loved ones, and access to safe, stable environments. This project was created with one goal in mind: to bring hope and help to those children—through donations, outreach, and community support. My name is Sofia, and I’m originally from Ukraine. I now study Computer Science at Diablo Valley College (DVC) in California. Like many Ukrainians who moved abroad after the war began, I wanted to find a way to give back. This isn’t my first experience helping Ukrainian children. In the past, I’ve worked directly with kids who relocated to the U.S.—helping them adapt, learn the language, and feel safe in a new place. Through that experience, I saw how much even small acts of support can change lives. This website is part of my continuing effort to stand with children who are still living through the war or rebuilding their lives because of it. I built this platform to raise awareness, connect with volunteers, and collect donations that go directly to helping these kids.
Together, we can be part of something bigger.
Together, we can bring light into their lives.
